Key Responsibilities:

9. Staff Performance & Development: Supervise Academic Counselors and conduct staff performance evaluations.

10. Financial Management: Assist in timely fee collection and suggest cost-effective operational strategies.

11. Supervisory Skills: Conduct classroom observations and ensure proper use of lesson plans and materials.

12. Assessment & Evaluation: Coordinate examinations, analyze results, and ensure assessment compliance.

13. Teamwork: Promote collaboration and resolve grievances among faculty, students, and parents.

14. ECA & CCA Activities: Coordinate and participate in extracurricular and co-curricular programs and events.

15. Overall Growth & Development: Contribute to initiatives enhancing students’ holistic academic and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Management or related field (MBA/MBS preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination or faculty management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage teams, and handle academic operations efficiently.
