The workshop took place in the morning of 6th Nov and I was very excited to be a part of it. I believe coffee is a cup of love and should be shared with others. In the workshop, we were about to explore various aspects of coffee.
The one-hour-long workshop was led by Ms Stefania Avon, one of the senior trainers in Universita del Caffe Italy as well as area in-charge for the SEMIA area (South Europe, Middle East, India subcontinent and Africa).
I learned a lot of new things about coffee through this workshop. I learned that there are two types of coffee: Arabica and Robusta and coffee is said to have been originated from Ethiopia. Coffee beans are technically seeds, pits of cherry-like berries found on flowering shrubs.
This workshop was very helpful and fun at the same time, especially for a coffee lover like me. I learned how consuming coffee is beneficial for healthy adults. In addition to that, I also learned about the lifestyle of the Italian people.
Overall we had a great time at the workshop!
