Job Description

• Establish and maintain standards and procedures of cleanliness standards for the entire School Premises
• Establish and maintain pest control for all areas in the School Premises
• Maintain consistent quality of plants and flowers for public areas and guest rooms according to the School's requirements
• Supervise and evaluate the work of other housekeeping staff.
• Patrol all floors to insure good workflow, checking housekeepers’ times and encouraging them to up their pace if they are lagging or compliment them on outstanding work if they are working ahead of pace
• Responsible for the coordination of routine responsibilities of employees
• Ensure that trash/garbage removal meets health, safety, and sanitation regulations including public areas and the grounds surrounding the area
• Look after maintenance faults and damage to machines, furniture, and fittings in all areas of the United School and assign the same to the Carpenter, Electrician or Plumber

4. To network with entrepreneurship development institutes, funding agencies, and other industry/ academic institutions to support entrepreneurial initiatives.
5. To ensure the timely and accurate review and approval of innovation funding proposals, including costing, pricing, governance, compliance and income classification.
6. To Encourage students to innovate by providing a conducive ecosystem.
7. To Encourage students to incubate their innovations in UCEII premises.
8. Encourage the industry to incubate the ideas in UCEII premises.
9. Establish tie-ups with the industry.
